Can I choose my own saying for my cushion?

Yes. As long as your choice of saying fits into the patch, you can have whatever you like (within reason!)

I would like my own choice of colours, can you do this?

We can match to any colour scheme you have. Fabrics and shades will vary, but we will always do our best to match your requirements.

Can you deliver for a specific date?

Yes. If it is late notice, please make sure you select the Express checkout option. Otherwise we hand it over to Royal Mail, and while they are usually very good on delivery times, we cannot take responsibility if it is late.

What is your lead time?

7-10 working days.

Can I return my item?

If your item is personalised, you cannot return it. If the item is faulty or has a spelling error that we have made, then yes you can. If you have made a spelling error when ordering, then you cannot return. Please always re read your order and check spellings.

I need my order urgently! Can you get it to me in time?

As long as you select Express checkout when ordering, then we can do our best to get it to you in time. This means that your order will be made and dispatched within 2 days.
